TaxiMate is a mobile application for professional taxi drivers, providing flight information, fuel prices, demand heatmaps, fare calculators, job listings and related tools. The service is operated by Emre Mertoğlu.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each PRO subscription is bound to a single device; transferring to a new device requires re-authentication.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. VAT is included for EU customers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal. Refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's refund policy and German consumer protection law.
You retain ownership of content you post (jobs, listings, messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to other TaxiMate users. You must not post illegal, misleading or abusive content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. External data (flights, fuel prices, weather) comes from third-party providers and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
