TaxiMate ("the app") is provided by Emre Mertoğlu ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

Account data — email, full name, phone number (optional), chosen language and font size. Stored to authenticate you and personalise the app.
Device fingerprint — a non-reversible identifier of the device you last logged in from. Used to enforce the single- device PRO subscription.
Subscription state — plan, status, renewal date. Received from our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).
User-posted content — any job listings, second- hand listings or messages you post are stored with your user id.
Technical logs — request timestamps, error messages. Retained up to 30 days for debugging.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not track your location in the background.
We do not sell any data to third parties.
We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Where data is stored

Our backend is hosted by Supabase (AWS EU Frankfurt). Payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy, a Merchant of Record based in the US. We never see your full card number.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email hello@taximate.app with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies & analytics

The app itself does not use cookies. This website uses only functional cookies required for page delivery; no analytics.
